Definitions

These Terms govern your use of SyncMyDay. Do not reference a specific domain in legal interpretation; the service name is sufficient.

Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
  • Age requirement: you affirm you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law.

Service Description

SyncMyDay synchronizes calendar availability by creating blocker events based on metadata (start/end times, busy state). We do not store event titles, descriptions, or attendees.

User Obligations

  • Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe rights.
  • Do not abuse or overload the service, interfere with security, or reverse engineer.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for content you process through the service.

Pricing and Payments

Paid features are billed through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply. By providing payment details, you authorize recurring charges per your plan until you cancel. Invoices are available in your account.

Trial and Cancellation

We may offer a time-limited trial. You can cancel at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You remain responsible for charges already incurred.

Data and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

Availability and Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or incidents may occur. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the event.

Intellectual Property and License

All rights, title and interest in the service remain with the Provider. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your data subject to legal retention.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules where applicable.
